About Us

Pedro Machado founded Valinova in 2019 to help growing technology companies in Brazil. Soon thereafter, one of his clients, TC (www.tc.com.br), grew rapidly and Mr. Machado ended up dedicating himself to a full-time executive role in that business for 5 years, leading operations, data, investor relations and legal teams as the company grew from single digit to hundreds of employees, reaching IPO in 2021.

After concluding his work as an executive at TC, in 2024 Pedro moved back to the United States and began experimenting with emerging AI systems, delving deep into how this technology can be effectively applied in an enterprise setting to generate tangible results. In late-2024 he innovated Valinova's business model to begin providing highly-tailored and human-focused AI solutions together with an experienced technical partner: Mavericks.ai.

For the past 6 years, Mr. Machado has also served as a Venture Partner at Alpha4 Ventures, with notable investments in Frete.com, Simetrik, WonderBrands and Vexi. This dual perspective as both operator and investor provides immense value for clients, bringing a complete perspective to the table. He is passionate about staying at the forefront of technological advancement and actively building out early-stage company's through his extensive experience.
