Valinova was founded in 2019 by Pedro Machado to work with growing tech businesses, primarily in Latin America.

Our first client was a market intelligence social platform in Brazil named TC (think Bloomberg married with Twitter), which rapidly grew from single digit to over 500 employees in two years. In 2021, TC became one of the quickest companies from founding to IPO on the Brazilian B3 stock exchange. Mr. Machado became an executive in the Company shortly after being hired as a consultant, helping it scale during this period, having held roles as COO, CHRO, as well as M&A and Investor Relations Director.

During the last 6 years, Pedro has also been a Venture Partner at Alpha4 Ventures, with notable investments in Frete.com, Simetrik, WonderBrands and Vexi. This unique experience as both an operator and an investor is a key differential that sets Valinova apart.
